The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Business Systems Assistant to support the Gallery’s business systems and applications.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will be responsible for supporting the Business Systems Coordinator and IT team to plan and perform maintenance tasks on business systems, including Financial System, Customer Relationship Management and Ticketing System, Retail and eCommerce Systems, Collection Management System, Digital Asset Management System and other business systems, as required. Other key responsibilities include:
To be successful, you will have relevant qualifications in Information Systems or equivalent and a good knowledge and understanding of SaaS-based business system environments.
You seek information needed to solve work problems, identify and propose practical solutions to problems and implement and adjust solutions when endorsed by manager. You regularly plan and track progress on work tasks, take an organised, methodical approach to work and address priority tasks first. You are able to maintain accurate project records and organise and coordinate project meetings.
